Yair Maman, Ph.D.
Dr. Maman has overall responsibility for planning and development of degree granting programs in-class and online. He earned his PhD at Hull University , England. He conducted extensive academic research at North American Universities and Psychiatric Institutes.

He has lectured extensively in Europe and in the US. His research interests include, Perspectives of Risky Behavior in School Aged Children, Family and School Collaboration and the Neglected and Disadvantaged Child. Dr. Maman served as a Consultant Psychotherapist at the Britannia Counseling Center in London and the OHEL Family Services in New York where he conducted research in various facets of residential treatment for Addiction and Mental Disorders. He currently chairs the Mental Health Counseling department at the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Touro College.
